About Us

Unity for Integration Project (UFIP) is a community‑led Scottish charity based in Glasgow. We support newcomers, families, and ethnic minority communities through practical help, skills development, and inclusive events that bring people together.

Practical support: Advocacy, referrals, and signposting to health, housing, and legal services.
Skills & opportunity: CV help, job coaching, digital and life skills workshops.
Community & belonging: Support groups, shared meals, youth clubs, and cultural events.

Our mission is simple: to make integration easier, reduce isolation, and help people thrive.

Why We Exist

Every day, individuals face barriers to healthcare, employment, education, and social participation. Language, digital access, or cultural gaps can make simple tasks feel overwhelming.

UFIP steps in with face‑to‑face guidance, group workshops, and safe community spaces that build confidence, reduce loneliness, and open up new opportunities for families and individuals across Glasgow.

UFIP Children’s Cultural Discovery Day

🗓 Date: 14th October 2025 • 📍 Location: Dynamic Earth & Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh

Unity for Integration Project is excited to announce a one‑day cultural adventure for children aged 5–12, proudly supported by The Henry Smith Charity. A guided tour of Edinburgh Castle and interactive learning at Dynamic Earth will help children explore history, science, and Scottish heritage in a safe, welcoming environment.
