Our Action
Moving From Services to Solutions
Unity for Integration Project (UFIP) is a community-led Scottish charity. We turn intent into progress by working side-by-side with individuals to settle, connect, and succeed.
🗣️ Advocacy & Rights
We cut through the red tape. Our team provides practical one-to-one support to help individuals navigate complex health, legal, housing, and social services. We advocate for rights and ensure no one faces these systems alone.
🚀 Skills & Empowerment
We provide the tools for independence. Through hands-on coaching, CV workshops, and digital confidence training, we help our members build the skills needed to secure work and thrive in a new environment.
🤝 Community & Connection
Integration happens when we meet face-to-face. We combat isolation by building spaces where everyone—regardless of age, background, or faith—is known, valued, and welcome.
Who We Support & Why It Matters
We serve individuals and families across Glasgow-especially newcomers and ethnic minority communities looking for a supportive network.
Language, digital gaps, and cultural hurdles shouldn’t define your future. We provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to remove the obstacles that make everyday tasks harder than they should be.
✨ 2025: A Year of Action
This year, we turned support into tangible progress.
2025 Highlights: Delivered our Summer Club, a children’s trip to Edinburgh, launched Women’s Support Circles, and secured funding for Employability & Travel Training.
“UFIP helped me update my CV and practice interviews. I felt supported, made new friends at the community dinners, and got a job within weeks.”– Programme Participant, Glasgow
